At Ekagas International Preschool, we believe the admission process should be simple, transparent, and comfortable for both parents and children. Our team is here to guide you at every step as you begin your child’s learning journey with us.

Step 1 — Enquiry & Campus Visit

Parents are invited to connect with us through our website, phone, or by visiting the campus. We encourage families to schedule a campus visit to experience our learning environment, meet our educators, and understand our philosophy.

Step 2 — Admission Application

After the visit, parents can complete the admission application form by providing:

• Child’s basic details

• Parent/guardian information

• Age and class preference

• Medical or dietary information (if applicable)

Our admissions team will assist you throughout the process.

Step 3 — Interaction & Understanding

For early years admissions, the process is friendly and child-centered. We may conduct a simple interaction to understand the child’s comfort level, interests, and readiness — this is not a test but an opportunity to know the child better.

Step 4 — Document Submission

Parents will be requested to submit the required documents, such as:

• Birth Certificate

• Passport-size photographs

• Parent ID proof

• Medical or vaccination records (if required)

Step 5 — Admission Confirmation

Once the admission is approved:

• Parents will receive confirmation from the school.

• Fee details and joining information will be shared.

• Seat confirmation is completed upon fee payment.

Step 6 — Joining & Orientation

Before the child begins classes, parents will receive:

• Orientation guidance

• School policies and safety information

• Daily routine details

• Communication and support information

This ensures a smooth and comfortable transition for both child and parents.
