These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Ekagas International Pre School (“the School”) and the parents or legal guardians of children enrolled in our programs. These terms are designed to create a transparent, safe, and respectful partnership between families and the School while ensuring compliance with applicable Indian laws and educational standards.
By enrolling a child, parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these policies.
Enrollment is offered to children within the age group specified by the School and is subject to availability, submission of required documentation, and completion of admission procedures.
The School reserves the right to decline or discontinue enrollment where a child’s needs cannot be safely or reasonably accommodated within available resources or where continued enrollment may impact the safety and wellbeing of others.
Tuition fees and related charges are communicated in advance and are payable according to the schedule established by the School.
Late payments may attract additional charges after the grace period. Continued non-payment may result in temporary suspension or termination of enrollment.
Fees are allocated toward staffing, facilities, educational resources, and operational planning and are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Regular attendance supports social, emotional, and educational development. Parents are requested to inform the School in advance regarding absences wherever possible.
Extended unexplained absence may result in release of the enrollment seat to another child.
Children will only be released to individuals authorized by parents or guardians. Identification may be requested for verification.
The School reserves the right to refuse release if an individual appears impaired or if there are reasonable concerns regarding child safety.
The School follows a positive and nurturing discipline approach focused on emotional growth, guidance, and respectful communication.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Physical punishment
Emotional humiliation
Threatening or abusive language
Where behavioral concerns arise, the School will work collaboratively with parents to support the child’s development.
Children showing symptoms of contagious illness should remain at home until medically fit to return. The School may request medical clearance where necessary.
Medication will only be administered when supported by written parental authorization and proper labeling.
Either party may terminate enrollment with written notice as specified by the School.
Immediate termination may occur where safety concerns, serious misconduct, repeated policy violations, or prolonged non-payment arise.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Andhra Pradesh.
